You know what your talking about, I think Mayweather being the new trainer had alot to do wit him being more defensive in that fight. Hopefully they understand each other better and he can put em together like the Barrios and Juaregui fight.

this will be a good fight and as important as the casa-marquez ...

IMHO, winner of nate-guzman & winner of casa-marquez, fight each other early next year and winner gets PAC mid-late next year...

@pigdestroyer, I don't have 3 k, but I'm going to have 1k by fight time so we can bet that or we can bet 3K because you're going to lose anyway. Send me a pm if it's a deal
Your having too much confidence with your boy here don't you? His fight with Sotto isnt impressive to me, yes the boy got some skill but he is no mayweather or roy jones. Guzman is way overrated at this point.

I met Nate, at Davie couple of month ago. I was hanging out with Anthony Hamm, trainer of Timur Ibragimov. Nate came up to us,I never met him before. He shook my hand, and we started talking like I knew him for years.Very straight dude.I wish he wins and lands the Paquaio fight,he deserves it.

I just don't understand why no boxing writer is questioning Guzman's moving up in weight! When Pacquiao moved up in weight many writers were asking if he can bring his speed and power to the lightweight.

Now, when Guzman, including Juan M Marquez moved up, nobody dared to question the weight-factor! Many even gave Guzman and Marquez the edge over their opponents, the two champions Campbell and Casamayor!

                  guzman

easily win - too quick - too elusive - too canny

guzmans bursts will catch the eye of the judges but it will be hit and move but guzman can stay on the ropes as he has such a great defensive taking the blows on the arms

too easy for guzman as campbell is made for him in that campbell is a pressure fight and that wil suit guzman

Just like he said, if Nate uses the jab this will be a whoopin. He will use the jab and KTFO Guzman. The guy is quick but does not have the technique to beat Nate. Guzman has not fought anyone but Soto. We just saw Barrios lose to Rocky. WTF? Campbell by 9th round KO.
