sergei dzinziruk should be considered the man.
he beat daniel santos, who knocked out previously unbeaten joachin alcine.
a unification rematch would be the best fight as far as actually determining the best fighter in the division.

The division sucks right now, Paul Williams could do well there, maybe when Angulo and Kirkland gets tittle shots.
