          I assume TRUTH means ranked/well known HW..

          Maskaev, Rahman, Ruiz, Barret, not sure but maybe Ibragimov...

                  them plus matt skelton, kevin johnson, lyakhovich, etc. although i dont see toney winning any major titles, hes still a formidable hw.
