It was very close but I think a select few made a constant fuss over the winner. Somewhat creating the illusion that popular opinion was in favor of JMM. It isn't.

Round 1: 10-9 Pacquiao (Pac connected more punches)
Round 2: 10-9 Marquez (JMM buckled Pacquiao late)
Round 3: 10-8 Pacquiao (KD)
Round 4: 10-9 Pacquiao (This rd was even but I gave it to Pac)
Round 5: 10-9 Marquez (Another even rd, gave it to JMM)
Round 6: 10-9 Marquez (Definitely a JMM round)
Round 7: 10-9 Marquez (Close but gave it to Marquez)
Round 8: 10-9 Marquez (One-eyed Pac, JMM dominates)
Round 9: 10-9 Pacquiao (Close but gave it to Pac)
Round 10: 10-9 Pacquiao (Pac dominates this one)
Round 11: 10-9 Pacquiao (even fight gave it to Pac)
Round 12: 10-9 Marquez (even fight gave it to JMM)

Total: 114-113 Pacquiao

first time i watched it 114-113 PAC. rewatched it w/o the audio and had it 115-112 PAC. hearing lampley could sway you into giving rounds to jmm, when he was actually hitting pac's gloves instead.
