Lockett is a good fighter on the level he is used to fighting at but it was too much of a step up against a champion like Pavlik. Most didn't think he would last any longer so he shouldn't be criticized.

I blame WBO for making him a mandatory. Lockett got a nice payday anyway so I'm sure he doesn't mind.
