It does not take a genius to know that ALA gym does not produce the greatest fighters Philippines has to offer.. For a country of nearly 90 million, how could ONE GYM be so grand... However, that is not the point... Every fighter that comes out of ALA is Filipino, and no matter how skilled they are or how properly trained, they still come out swinging... And win or lose, they deserve respect...

I swear on my life I saw a thread there once saying "Here's a great site if you want to know about boxing records!" and it was a link to boxrec. And this was 2006.

Same here. But that's what most of them are......new to boxing. Actually not even a boxing fan buy a Donaire or Pac fan. Same people who would leave the site once one of these fighters loses. "Fair-weathered fans" as they say but they still contribute to boxing's popularity and business.

I just ignore them. Some of us were like them actually when we were first starting in the forums.

the worse thread on pacland i've seen was talking about medgoen singsurat challenging manny pac for his 135 belt next year. it was some idiot named 3k battery gym.
