will de la hoya be to blaim if he turns everyone away from boxing again

his fight with mayweather was to save boxing but in return i had 20 or so people telling me how boring boxing was and this fight "****en ****** ass". So once again he will bring an audience if the fight dissapoints again can we blaim oscar for turning people away just like he did in the floyd fight? I hope dlh at least gives pacman some kind of chance in there. If he can verbally lie to the public then he might as well play off in the ring and act like paquiao is a tough match up and maybe let himself get floored once to bump the excitement up. You're not going to see the same pacquiao in there. He is going to be half aggressive and throw half the punches. And I don't blame him. he's at a big disadvantage and fighting like that against a much bigger stronger guy will get him kayoed in less than 2 rounds.

that fight did turn a lot of people off from boxing who had never watched but also made some fans so it wasnt bad it only helped boxing. but this fight i imagine will draw a lot more casual fans to watch more because it will be an exciting fight. pacquiao win or lose will make it exciting with his style!

The Oscar vs Mayweather fight was disappointing but it had a lot to do with Mayweathers style. Pacquiao is not as elusive as Mayweather and Oscar may knock his midget ass out.

This fight can easily turn out to be fireworks come on and join the party. Quit complaining about this fight.

Manny has an exciting style.........at 130-135. he is not going to be the same fighter. You really think he's going fight like that and let himself get knocked out so early? Pacquiao's "power" will be non-effective at 147 against a guy that fights at 154.

I agree with you in that Pacquiao has no chance. Manny may be cautious at first but he doesn't have Mayweathers ability to avoid getting hit. He will eventually get hit by power shots and will fall. This fight is not going to be competitive but it will be worth watching to see Manny all busted up.

I'm starting to just ease up about the idea and let it out of my head and let it be. DLH has no shame in his game! I'll catch it on the replay.
