what makes you think this wasnt settled out of court to avoid Oscar being "dragged" through the mud more than he has been to date?

cause im pretty sure they would have tried to settle it with money way before come on it started september 2007 and ended in may im pretty sure they would have tried to reach an agreement much sooner so that the pics wouldnt be leaked all over the press or even after it happened they woulda tried to settle it sooner than later. Plus I heard that the hooker Malina Dravnel that supposdly took the pictures was arrested not to long ago I think for shoplifting if that's true then they were fake cause if she would have got paid to drop the allegations she wouldn't be shoplifting

I heard those ****s is real from no less than three actual photogs whose pics you see a gazillion times. They said some are fake but some are as real as they have ever seen.

She also expressed remorse and said that she felt bad about ruining the reputation of a role model to so many kids.
