I said 20 because either way most people wont pay. It is a safe bet. People can still get a new IP adress, it would just take a alot of work to go and pick this a new modem up from your internet provider. I You cant do more than that with people that you dont know and talk to in a forum only. 20 will not break me or make me. Really I just use the 20 bucks for ebay and get more memorabilia. I just take it like the item is on sale. What ever the price is, I pay 20 bucks less.
