Rate Michael Katsidis's performance last night

He put on decent performance...not his best though I give him a 6...if it was the same Katsidis that fought Casamayor, we would've had a more competitive match.

I voted an 8. I thought he fought his best. Sometimes you come up against a guy who just has too much for you and there is nothing you could do. People are saying Michael didn't try to trade enough, but I disagree. As he said he gave it everything he has. Kat knows he has some technical limitations but he is prepared to get in there with anyone and give it his best. That is all you can really ask for. As an Australian I was pretty proud of his effort.

I think he did terrible. He never tried to compete with Diaz's workrate to see if he could keep up with him. He just fought in seriously wide spurts. His best days might already be behind him. Eitherway, I can't see him going further with his style. He takes a beating and he's not technical enough to dominate technically sound opposition.

I gave him three, which is very harsh, but i really feel he is capable of much better. i could see the tactics they were trying to use, but he should have gone all out in more frequent spurts. he left himself way too much to do down the stretch.

I thought it was terrible. He's just a blood and guts warrior, and he didn't even live up to that until the last 4 rounds or so. He was dismal

i gave him an 8...

it would have been a 9 by any other fighter's (of his level) status.

But katsidis wasnt as vicious and crazy as im use to seeing...

in the early part of the fight (first few rounds) i expected him to adjust into it...then diaz turned it up a notch and i kept waiting for katsidis to evolve like he usually does (into a rabid dog) but he didnt.

he was aggressive...but not like im use to seeing...so i think an 8 is a fair judgement.
