When Boxing gives it's haters ammunition.

the judging for Juarez/Barrios was absolutely garbage. I'm a fan of Juarez, but he was either even with Barrios or down a round when he blew Barrios face open (crazy sight). Also, the ref was a MOTHER****ING joke. Both of those low blow deductions were on the beltline and clearly not intentional.

Diaz/Katsidis was a great fight, in which Diaz CLEARLY dominated. How could a judge POSSIBLY given the nod in favor of Katsidis? He didn't win more than 3 rounds IMO.

Name some other bull**** calls/scores that have given detractors of boxing reason to hate on the sport.

De La Hoya/Trinidad. Yes, Oscar shouldn't have bitched out during the final few rounds. Yes, Oscar won at least 7 or 8 of the first 8 rounds.

just watched both fights from last night again, Juarez was probably behind by 2 or more rounds, imo.

Your points are valid, but as long as the right guy gets the win these things are forgotten pretty quickly.

Which is why it was not a disaster last night for the Juarez/Barrios fight. A decision with Juarez winning that fight by a landslide would have been disgraceful. Thankfully, Rocky stopped Barrios.

Not incidently Juarez/Raheem would sour any on the sport. That ref was just as bad or worse. You just cant beat Juarez in Texas.

Same situation as in the Raheem fight. Raheem had a bunch of points taken off and even without the deductions was on his way to losing a joke of a majority decision. It's next to impossible to beat Juarez in Houston.

Also, with the bogus deductions against Soto, Soto barely Juarez. Honestly, that was not a one point fight.
