I can't help but notice but it seems to be an abnormal obsession with the tiny island. Is the anti-Puerto Rican propaganda something that helps Mexicans get through their long grueling day?

While Puerto Ricans get behind their fighters; The Mexicans seem to be ridiculous in their NEED to win? Is extreme poverty at the root of it all? The anger, the petty almost feminine jealousy? The 2 cultures are VASTLY different. So I never get the "competiton."

Mexicans are basically indegenous indians who eat tortilla and cheese.

We are nothing alike except for the rice.

It's just that some Cotto fans are delusional, I mean, im a great Cotto fan, but Christ I hardly posted pre cotto-marg because some people were you taking it to another level, I like both mexicans and puertorican fighters, it's non-sense to be fighting about what country is better in whatever. . .

That's actually kinda true, my platoon leader is mexican, and for some reason like..almost everything ( NOT BOXING ) he has the need of wanting to put mexicans over puertoricans. LIke...everytime I talk in spanish he'd be pointing it out and just ****** **** like that. It's really kind of annoying because they always do it, they tell me "wow your the first boricua that doesn't seem to mind mexicans at all " and i'd always be like..."dude mexicans dont do anything bad for us boricuas in PR, there's barely any real mexicans there in the first place. And what I find truly dissapointing is that none of the mexicans that i've met in california know who margarito is. I show them our picture in my cellphone and they be like..."is that your brother or something"...lol.
