    How good is this Presscott

He just came out of nowhere with his unbeaten Ko filled record but without any names on his resume' somewhat like Ricardo Torres did but he wasnt faceing the menacing Champion Miguel Cotto he was facing a glass jawed prospect in Khan.

Khan's chin is totally **** thats offical. And im a fan!
But those shots looked HARD! The guy can clearly punch! And he seemed quick accurate calm on the big stage and he also happens to be huge at the weight!

I was thinking jesus that could quite well have been say Katsidis getting melted in there! Obviously MK takes a shot better than Khan tho and we have yet to see how Prescott takes one, or nearly anything about him actually!

So did Khan just make a mug look good or is anybody gonna go out on a limb and say a new force has arrived!?

We know he's a puncher and has quick hands. That's all we know for the moment unfortunately.

Judging from not even 1/2 a round of boxing, this guy looked very sharp, confident, and of course powerful. Hope to see more of this guy in the, hopefully, near future....

Um, I wouldn't say he's anything great yet. He did KO a GLASS chinned hyped fighter. That's about it. It's not to say his punches wouldn't have the same effect on a guy packing some granite in his chin, but I'd say it would give a better idea of just how good he is if people can take his punch. I think right now he'll be riding the wave of beating an overhyped fighter, but it's not a gauge to how good he is yet because of who he beat. Khan's glass is the story of Prescott more than anything.

I dont' think Khan's team researched the guy well, just figured he was all **** and nothing else. Unfortunate case of underestimation.

Presscott has quick hands, good boxing skills, and killer power for his size. That combination can, on any given day, take down any elite fighter in the world. On the other hand, he could also be, on any given day, outboxed and beaten by any elite fighter in the world.

I haven't seen enough of the kid to have much of an idea of where he'll be in a few years, it all depends, really, on whether he's injury prone (many punchers develop delicate hands and wrists), whether his skills continue to improve, and on whether he begins to have trouble making weight in his mid to late 20's like many do.

Hopefully Prescott's management can carefully match this guy against future opposition and not end up like fellow Colombian Edison Miranda...

might be a case of right place right time for Prescott. There's questions abound...

He's a big guy, seems tough mentally. Accurate with his shots, powerful. I think he could be one to look out for! I can't wait to see his next fight.
