I would guess he meant fiddle him open in a way like you "Fiddle a lock" to open it. It's an odd way of saying it though.

Kayjay, yeah, "fiddle" is a widely used term here as a euphemism for ******ation. You must have seen me drop "kiddie fiddler" before, no?

Audley, as others have said, meant it as in a kind of "picking the lock" way.

The use of the phrase "open him up" with it also adds to the peurile UK laughs.
