Likewise bro. One day everybody will come to their senses, it just sometimes takes an eternity for that to happen because the Country would have to admit to being wrong first off. And no leader wants to do that.

The last fight he won was the 1st Castillo fight. You couldn't ask for a better last win or in a more dramatic fashion than that. Oddly enough he died on the 2 year anniversary of that fight. It's weirdly coincidental and sad at the same time.

Haha, don't put Cory on par with Ice, he's a boring fighter that makes for boring fights, but he's a good dude. An ******* like Mundine is meant for that.

Even my buddies that were not avid boxing fans were stunned at hearing about Chico's death. They only knew of him because of that classic battle with Jose Luis Castillo. Anyone who watched that FIGHT will never forget Chico Corrales.

He put on so many ballsy performances.

I still say he KOs mayweather, had they not stopped that fight.

Chico was ALWAYS in the fight, he had that great equalizer. True Warrrior.

I wish he was still here today. R.I.P. Chico. We'll all be there one day.

He was probably reminiscing about that great fight on the night of his tragedy.

As of right now, Corrales is not in the International Boxing Hall of Fame to my knowledge. Typically it takes quite a few years after a fighter's death or retirement for them to get the nod.

Corrales/Castillo 1 is the greatest fight ever. I've seen many fights that were amazingly action packed and exciting but none of them had as dramatic an ending as that. That was a lightning rod of a fight.
