Anybody catch Floyd Mayweather Jr. on Showbox just now??

... Sounds like he's really retiring. Announcer trying to cohort him to announce his comeback. Says he's absolutely done with boxing only reason he was there was for his promotional company...Says he's working on Mayweather Promotions and Philthy Rich Records. Thoughts on this?? I think he's legit about retiring but then again maybe showing up for live interviews is a hint of his comeback..

all it takes is for someone to call him out...but nobody will because they just say oh he's retired, all u gotta do is be like "I dare u to accept my challenge, Floyd."

He will only come back to fight Pacquiao, if Manny somehow pulls this off. Mark my words.

I'd agree. If Pac were to somehow win, Floyd would come back and fihgt him (he would never lose to Pac) and it would only enhance his legacy.

But in the back of my mind, I think he will never come back (unless for Pac) because he knows he left on top. Unlike Roy Jones who ultimately stayed around a couple fights too long. And now he'll never get back to what he once was.

Floyd's not an idiot. He see's what happened to him and knows it can happen to anyone. So take no chances, he's not coming back. Unless it's too someone who knows could never beat him and if it would further his legacy.

I agree that is the most likely scenario in which he would return.
