Who Are Your Favourite Active Boxers?

My opening post was a lie, I was just trying to seem like a casual fan/ biased euro-brit. My favourite active boxer is Andre Dirrell who will be the man to eventually defeat Calzaghe*

Well, my 3 favorite are in my sig.
Cotto should be self-explanatory along with Miranda. As far as Taylor, I think he has great skills, and I've been following him for quite some time.
I also like Pacquiao, Mayorga, B-Hop, Diaz, Guzman, Gamboa, Clottey, and P-Will to name a few.Comment

Joe Calzaghe - I always liked boxing growing up but the fight that made me into a real geniune fan of the sport was him stopping Byron Mitchell in two rounds.
JMM - Basically brilliant isn't he? Can anyone have a solid reason for not thinking he is brilliant.
David Haye: I'm on the bandwagon man, this dude will never be in a boring fight, he is like a much better version of Herbie Hide in that he has awesome power and a **** chin.
Herbie Hide: The power of a god, the chin of an 8 year old girl
Kevin Mitchell: The English Gatti
Ricardo Mayorga: I will endeavor to watch all of this guys fights even If I think he will almost definetely get some sick kind of beating, that says it all about his charisma.
Chad Dawson: I really like him, great movement and handspeed, he seems to have it all IMO.
Peter McCloskey: A slick Irish fighter, **** just doesn't happen so he makes the list.
I'll watch anyone fight but I like these guys.
Carlos Maussa: Obviously, the balding Colubian who appears to be anorexic and fights like a schoolboy who just had his lunch stolen.Last edited by sparked_85; 09-05-2008, 07:43 PM.Comment
