Whitaker took Trinidad's assault for 12 rounds, and it's safe to say he wasnt in his prime at the time. Pernell takes this fight via UD. No doubt about it. He will make Margarito miss all night long.

Anyway, I like Pea over Margarito but it won't be easy. And I'm not quite sure how the Tito fight where he got beat the **** up and lost a wide decision determines anything.

wow im so surprised that it is this one sided
im going whitaker but this is coming from a huge whitaker fan and from someone who thinks PBF would be too fast for margarito as well
i find it interesting that most of you say pbf-margarito is a good fight and whitaker-margarito is a one sided fight then people always debate pbf-whitaker. i mean i dont believe in triangle theories but seeing how everyone thinks pbf-margaritos a good matchup im surprised this vote isnt more even. especially considering sweet pea was 2 inches shorter with 3 inches less reach


now that i think about it.. whitaker-margarito would be like DLH-Pac in terms of physical advantages. whitaker is shorter than mannypac and margarito is taller than dlh...

It certainly wouldn't be significantly more difficult than the Vazquez fight. Vazquez was more skilled than Margarito and was a genuine hard ass himself. One of the better Jr Middleweights since 1990.

I wouldn't say Pernell Easy...I'd say too ****ing EASY. Margarito is too slow for Pernell. Pernell will make Margarito look average

pernells shorter than manny and margarito is taller than DLH. this poll is 31 to 2 in favor of pernell. if mannypac beats DLH people are a;lready saying that he will be considered a legend because of how small he is compared to him. what about sweet pea? im realllly surprised that this poll is this one sided.

Whitiker would win, but tough question is would he fight him? Took Whitiker a long time to fight Triniadad and was supposed to fight Quartey.
