Cesar Figueroa (30-6-2, 22KOs) says there will no problems making weight for his bout with WBO super bantamweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez (22-0, 20KOs) on October 4 in Puerto Rico. A few days ago, Figueroa weighed 147-pounds when he jumped on a scale, 25-pounds above the weight, which raised a lot of eyebrows in Puerto Rico. [details]

He got knocked out by al seeger in 2005, took a 3 year layoff came back this year to fight a 0-7 guy and a 6-5 guy.... Figueroa hasnt even held a title before. I would say he isnt good at all....... but thats just my opinion.
