For punches missed? Margarito missed 1,338 punches against Clottey in their first match. That is 112 punches missed a round. To throw even 100 punches in a round is alot but he missed more than that total, thus setting a new all-time boxing record. Will he topple this feat in the rematch?

its gonne be close if clottey is healthy. hes got good tight defense, better boxer and more accurate puncher then margarito. with a good chin too in smae league as margs because he was never hurt in their first fight.

No disrespect to Margarito but many people can throw over 1000 punches a fight if they wanted to, they choose not to because why do that when you can take your time and place your shots. Margarito is like a person with a machine gun with an endless supply of bullets who has never been to a shooting range. A person who just sprays shots nonstop because they know out of 1000 shots something has to land. With that said he is an underated fighter and better than many give him credit for.

He wasnt hurt because nothing was landing. Compubox must count all grazing shots and punches on the arms because Clottey blocked just about everything, I wish people would watch this fight again.

I understand what you're saying but everyone had their own style of fight, Rito is a fighter who throws loads of shot hoping/knowing he would land a certain % out of that, It has work for him so far.

No disrespect to you, but most boxers can't throw 1,000 punches in a fight with out getting either KO'd or totally exhausted. Ask a professional boxer how easy it is to throw that many punches.

Clottey is going to win by decision this time, if Clottey didn't punch like a ***** he would probably ko his opponents. But Clottey is a bad style for Margarito because Clottey has a sick defense

I feel pretty confident in saying that Clottey has a bad style for anyone. The only welterweight who might handle him easily would be Floyd, and I'm not sure about that either.
