          Yeah
If Roy just lays on the floor, Joe should have a good chance of winning.

                  - Joe cannot win a decision over Roy Jones Jr with American judges in New York, such as Julie Lederman.

                  - Because of hand injuries, Joe cannot punch like he could when he fought Eubank, Mitchell and Sheika. So he is unlikely to knock Jones out.

                  - Joe will be fighting in a new environment, Madison Square Gardens against a fighter who has fought there and loves the place.

                  - Joe appeared to be somewhat past prime in the first couple of rounds against Kessler, and much so in the early rounds against Hopkins. In his past fights, such as Eubank, he started strong.

                  - Jones is somewhat faded but NOT a shot fighter.

Prediction: Although it will be fairly close, Joe will deserve a decision win in this one, but will lose on the scorecards.

He could have moved on & never gave Tarver a rematch but RJ was always down for the biggest challenge as long as he didn't have to travel abroad. He is probably still traumatized from the robbery in the 88 olympics. RJ is going to beat Joe C.
