Haye has enough power to stun Holyfield but i cant see him knocking him out, I see Holyfield winning by ko in the 9th round.

Holyfield wouldn't give him a moments rest. Haye needs rest. He isn't super fit and never has been. As an amatuer he used to dodge fitness work. Always relied on his freakish power and ability to hurt bigger guys. He's one of those cases of his talent being superior to his true desire. He's never been a gymrat. And in fights that go beyond a few rounds he has peaks and troughs. It aint like hes on your ass constantly. Watch the Mormeck fight, that's a patchy fight. That was less than a year ago. Against Thompson of course he gassed out. But Holyfield is a guy who is always switched on. Yeah he could go off the boil a lil too but if you go off the boil he can start right back up. His fight with Qawi, first one, indicated this: Holy would drop off, but if Qawi hadn't capitalised - and I mean, like within 10, 15 seconds, Holyfield would all of a sudden rain a ****storm down on him. Thunderous left hooks, bobbing and weaving to get into close range, body shots, uppercuts, murderous rights. I think a lot of Haye, but come on, Holyfield is the all time best cruiserweight and a nightmare to live with at HW , never mind cruiser where he was more naturally orientated. Holyfield gets out of there with a TKO win in about 7 or 8 rounds.

Holyfield by knockout. Too much for Haye, as Kilrain said, Holyfield wouldn't give him any breathing room, he had power and threw punches in bunches.

Easy call. Holy by TKO in the mid rounds. Haye wont be able to keep up. Watch the pace a green Holyfield keeps against Qawi. Haye wouldnt know what to do.

holyfield was an absolute beast. a chin of granite, a relentless style, good power, great stamina and an iron-will. when holyfield got rocked, he kicked it up 2 gears and started ripping through his opponents. he would get to haye and break him down leading to a stoppage.
