They could roll Barrera out for Valero to kill in a couple of rounds...maybe then MAB would realize he's fighting the 1999, 2000 version of himself. And get back to happy retirement in Mexico City

let mab have his 4th title... that's all he's back for, he doesn't really want to take tough fights.

as GBP's first main star and seeing as to how quickly JMM got a shot as soon as he moved up to 130, it still amazes me how they never gave MAB a rematch to that closely contested bout

If MAB wins the WBA "regular" champion, that means he will be recognized as a 4 division champ. Then lets recognized the Ring title also.

He's got a few good options out there, and he's nowhere near as burnt as his other contemporaries.

                  WAR Marco!

                    Barrera and Valero are buddies.

"I've been at this sport for so many years - 26 (and 18 as a pro) - and I'm ready to pass the torch. I'll pass it along to fighters like (WBA super featherweight beltholder and sparring partner Edwin) Valero. All these guys that are calling out my name - that want to fight me - let them fight Valero. This should be my last fight."
