I gotta say Arreola. He's a tuff SOB that's kind of old school. I like that. HWs these days waste a lot of time sizing each other up and scared to pull the trigger for fear of getting countered.
Who is the best American heavyweight right now?

Eddie Chambers is probably the best American heavyweight right now, he's definitely the most talented...He has that world class Winky style defense and very fast hands.
Tony Thompson can give any heavyweight problems with his size, awkward southpaw style, tough chin and high workrate.
Brewster is still a dangerous fighter
I'm not sold on Arreola yet....I need to see how he does against a heavyweight with a pulse.Last edited by WLAD OWNS; 09-04-2008, 08:40 PM.Comment

You can hope for that but I don't think Deontay will be too good. He's like a Chester Hughes type dude. Chambers is the best bet, he just needs to get mentally fit. He's got more talent then Arreola but Arreola doesn't play a mental fight with himself in the ring like Chambers does. I hope Chambers is over that b.s. and can go back up to the top by fighting Tua, Haye, Dimitrenko, Mollo or Sultan Ibragimov.Comment

Accoring to the poll results, Wlad will be fighting the best American heavyweight next.
