if joe beats roy, he should go for rocky's record.

he'd need 4 more wins. dawson, pavlik, taylor, tarver.

He shouldn't. If he fights too long he will lose. Everyone gets old.

that would be a hell of a achivement but he shouldn't do it.

if he wants to stay undefeated he should retire after Jones or another fight after.

50-0 would be too greedy in my opinion. I love the fighter, but he has a cross on his arm. And it's a sin to be too greedy. I'm not christian but if he is, he knows what to do.

            Only Pavlik

            After RJJ!

Marciano's record is really only applied to heavyweights. There have been several longer unbeaten streaks, and for unbeaten retirees Ricardo Lopez had more wins.

I think Calzaghe will end up being 48-0 and retire after that.

Others have also chased the record, D. Michalczewski was 48-0 when he lost his first fight, Larry Holmes was 48-0 when he lost his first fight.

But I agree with the above post, it's usually applied for heavyweights.

if he does that, he would be one of my favorite fighters all-time. but I see him losing atleast 2 of those fights.
