Do you mean a KD that didn't end in a KO (as in the first of say 3 KD's in the same round?

Regarding Ali you could say that Henry Cooper's KD was better although slightly less famous.

Yeah that was a great one. Nobody can question Holmes chin after that Shaver's kiss. BTW Tyson's first KD of Holmes was similar.

I agree with you about the Cooper KD...Ali would've been KO'd had his trainer (Dundee) not been so slick. He was hurt very badly.
