Great question Webb............i think it would. Its debatable weather he is right now but if he moves up 2 or 3 weight classes to be DLH i think he is.

I mean DLHs considered one and even though hes a bit past his prime hes the much bigger man in this fight making him the favorite.......if Pac pulls it off thatd be crazy, especially when DLH pulled off a SD against someone like Floyd
