I seem to remember that Buster Mathis had excellent handspeed. I'm sure Themanchine can elaborate as he is a frazier-specialist.

Haye should have a good one shot speed, but he telegraphs.

An in shape Buster Mathis was as fast as anybody. Unfortunately he wasn't in shape very often... he was against Frazier though (230 lbs, over 110 kg sometimes he ballooned up to 300 lbs, around 130 kg).
He was like Tony Tubbs.
