    According to Ignacio Huízar, co-promoter of WBC/WBA super flyweight champion Cristian Mijares (36-3, 15KOs), a deal has been reached to fight IBF champion Vic Darchinyan (30-1, 24KOs) in a unification bout that is slated for November 1 or November 8, with the Staples Center in Californian or the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas as possible venues.
