cotto/margarito walk around weight?

my dads had a few beers and hes sitting here trying to tell me Cotto and Margarito walk around at about 170-180lbs. Is this true? I mean, Cotto's back looks wide as **** for 147 so this could be true. He looks a lot bigger than 147lbs to me when he fights
