I think he has a good personality but he has NO charisma whatsoever, Most of the HW in the past are either Good or Bad, Wlad doesnt fall under any of those, His image is too reserve to be a HW figure head.

I know he does all this charity stuff which is very nice of him but he needs the extra bit of something that most HW figureheads have and he just doesnt have it unlike his brother who is totally the opposite.

David Haye may be the best thing to happen to the HW division in quite a long time! He's more outgoing.......he calls fighters "BUMS".......you gotta love it
