Marquez has his reasons to make excuses and yes I'm sure Casa is capable of winning. Casa's clinching will be very important in this fight.

I dont see how he strugled against Katsidis but KOed him. yea he was knocked down but not severely hurt.

It will be a good fight but I see Casamayor losing.

Some people (not me) had Katsidis ahead at the time of the stoppage. Casamayor was certainly hurt bad at least once in that fight and got dropped too. That's struggling where I'm from

I am Far from the definition of a hater

but Marquez does need to step up and take responsibility for his loses, that shows alot about his character.

I say no way, although he has his possibilitys. What im wondering is if either guy will hit the floor at any point in the fight? Marquez is one of the top 5 p4p. One of the smartest tacticians in boxing.

No. JMM still has some legs left. Casa is down to his last legs. Both are veterans and crafty I just think JMM has more left in the tank. Anybody want to bet I'll go up to 20k or less.

I think he can. He'll use a lot of movement and lets remember Marquez had problems with Freddie Norwood who also used movement. I was actually surprised of the power Casa showed against Katsidis who never went down against Czar Amonst who had decent pop. Shows that Casa could be sitting down on his punches now or just figured out how to throw better. We don't know how effective Marquez will be yet at 135lbs but he shouldn't be far from effective considering his style doesn't involve much movement. He'll just sit around waiting to counter punch. I fear though that this might become one boring match where both try to counter punch and neither takes the initiative.
