It's a little ingenius to settle for Champioship bouts.Since Mexico has more boxers in general not only champions but mediocre,alot of the ordinary mexican fighters go against the P.R. champions but when it's a Mexican champion the ratio to fight a P.rican is smaller cuz the quantity of fighters is not as abundant in P.R. So a more fair question would be Champions from Mexico vs Champions from PR.
