If this fight ends up competative and entertaining (To casual fans) then it's huge for boxing. I have seen a lot of casual fans talking about it, they don't seem to understand the big weight issue, but they know it's the Great De La Hoya fighting the best in the world so expect a good fight.

this fight can get all the hype in the world, but it has to live up to expectations if it really wants to be huge for boxing (like you said be competitive +entertaining)

but I have no worries as I think it'll easily get 1 Mill buys with a pretty good chance to pass DLH/Mayweather depending on how the promotion goes.
