Tszyu has more volume then top end quality. He did beat a bunch of very good fighters but not anyone really that great (atleast when he fought them). If i had to pick a top guy Judah would have to be it.

No, he isn't great. That word is thrown around to loosely. Floyd fought at a lower weight and rose in weight to fight guys Kostya fought. Hatton and Judah were prime, and Mitch was past it. Floyd made his bones well before 147 so this can not be used against Floyd on bit. In order to be great, you have to rematch men or a man who beat you. You can't just forget about a guy who beat you and move on if you are great.

the highest he fought was 154. even if floyd was a natural 130......154 is ONLY 4 DIVISIONS above , genius.

I kind of think ATGs should be limited to those that have a strong argument for being top 25 all time. so...not many guys are going to be considered ATGs to me.

so Kostya isnt really an ATG. great fighter though. I always thought he would have had a great chance at beating Mosley.

Hatton got very little credit for beating Kostya in my book. I don't knock a man's learning experience. It is when you are under fire is where I judge you. Kostya lost, ok cool, fighters lose. Why no rematch with Phillips? That is my head scratcher.
