i know one thing...... kostya ko4 over floyd.
You would lose your balls on that bet , no fighter that would lose to Phillips while he was in his prime could touch Floyd .

KT good fighter , not much of a resume , biggest name Chavez ( totally shot) , beat by a journeyman nearly beat by another ( Hec Lopez) and quit on his stool to a fighter that Floyd took to school and KOed , nothing in KTs form points to a win over Floyd , if was a betting match race Floyd would be short odds to win .

I think he is. The loss to Vince Phillips was poor admitedly, but he wouldn't be the first ATG to have a poor loss to a fighter well below his level. He came back from that loss exceptionally well to become the undisputed superchamp of a pretty strong 140 pound division. IMO he is definately in the top 5 140 pounders in the history of the sport. His loss to Hatton came well after his prime and was largely due to inactivity and niggling injuries. In his prime he was a damaging beast and beat many very strong fighters such as Mitchell, Leija, Judah, Hurtado and of course JCC.

Obviously it depends on how strict your criteria is in relation to what qualifies as being an ATG, but I think given the general perception of the term yes, he probably is.

Not ATG in one division, I am talking about the whole boxing.

Tyszu is at worst.........In the top 5 All Time at 140. At best a case could be made for number 2 behind Pryor!!

Jesus, when I say ATG I am talking the history of boxing not 140. Names like Ali Duran Robinson JCC Louis if Kostya is an ATG then why not Hopkins. He was MW KING
