We can speculate all we want but until there is proof they are innocent. You have no evidence but just talking straight up garbage about other fighters using drugs to discredit their legacy

If you want to go on proof, then all you have on Vitali is a failed test as an amateur in the 1990's. And I'm hardly the only one to "discredit" the legacy of Evander Holyfield (aka Evan Fields), who received shipments of them to his home. You'd be very naive not to think that use of performance enhancing drugs are widespread in boxing. But with you it seems like a witch hunt for certain "types" of fighters you don't like. Associating Wladimir because of his brother would get you laughed out of any hearing or trial. And I actually believe that he and all the other names that I mentioned used them. I'm just not as concerned about it.
