Floyd slightly ahead of Roy with Manny a distant third.

I have pretty much every downloadable fight of Mayweather, Jones, Pacman and Hopkins.

In terms of entertainment the ranking is:

      Pacman
      Jones
      Hopkins
      Mayweather

I like Mayweather and all, but hell his fights are boring, even the exciting ones. He literally never does anything wrong ever, and after a while you just kind of tune out.

pac-marquez and pac-morales had some entertaining fights.
Oh sorry I misread the topic.

Obviously I would go with Roy but only because I'm a nuthugger. Going purely by exciting fights it would have to be Pac. Oscar has had some prettyy decent ones since 98 also, but still Pac.

actually in the tito collection i have before tito lost to hopkins on the fight with joppy the commentators said he was ranked #1 pound for pound with sugar shane so i believe trinidads name should be in that poll 2

I got Jones DVD man, and its really a great watch. Ive watched his fights over and over again. One I always seem to turn on is Jones V Richard Hall. Who mind u gave Darius Michaelchewski all he could handle in 2 solid fights. Jones just abused this guy over 11 rounds before the ref stopped it well later then need be.

All in all a great one. I would also lean towards Mosley. I think that he's had great fights over and over again. Ive followed his whole career from being 34-0 with 32 KO's as a lightweight to moving up to WW and losing his first 2 fights to Vernon Forrest. His 1st fight with DLH was epic. I remember watching the entire fight on my feet, not sitting down until well after the final bell for round 12. Also he really showed what he was made of in the lst 3 rounds of the fight. I think he landed well over 30 punches in the alst round alone to only 15 or so for DLH. He closed the show with a **** in that fight.

Pac of course has always been exciting, and he has really grown over the years to a truly solid fighter. His fights with Morales were great. To me he seemingly fought his last couple of fights against over the hill opposition in Morales and Barrera, but then again there not much he could do about that being as tho he wiped out every division thus far hes fought in.

Mayweather is just a great technical watch. He fights at such a high standard of technicality each and everytime he steps in the ring. No matter how much people may hate him, theres no denying his technical skills. Ive watched almost all his fights, and tend to watch the Demarcus Corley fight alot. Mayweather really showed some grit in that fight, he was hit with some big right hands and kinda threw down all night with Corley. His destruction of Corrales is an amazing performance in itself. Also his victories over JLC 1 was a solid fight to watch cuz Mayweather had to grit it out all night cuz of his injury.

I think you could make a case for all of emm. Although I would tend to stay away from DLH personally, no offense, I think he was a really good fighter, I just never got around to him.

i just went off on the ring's annual ratings.

it's the ratings at the end of the year.

they didn't have tito as #1.

Had Jones not lost so badly in the end, I would've take his career. So I take Floyd's career as number 1. Mosley, Dlh or PAc do not belong in the same sentence as Roy, Floyd or Hop in terms of dominating during comp during their careers. Even in their best fights, they didn't dominate their comp. They had wonderful careers, but they don't compare to Hops, Roy's or floyd's.

Funny, but I don't think Pac's fights are exciting. I don't watch boxing for the excitement. It's strange, but I love watching smart fighters. Of this list of fighters Tua mentioned, Pac is the last fighter I'd watch. This isn't a knock against PAc, but I have seen the other guys fight back under fire. I haven't seen Pac in that position yet. When I did, he lost to Morales.
