Margarito already fought Williams. Calderon came up in weight and challenged Cazares in 07. Cazares was the mandatory challenger to the title being held in HIS weight division and that gave way to a rematch. Half the welterweights belong at 154. Santos belongs at 160 since he walks around at 180.
