    It should only be fair..

If PAC wins he'll P4P be praised as a lil God for whoopin someone twice his size..

but if he loses it "shouldn't affect" his P4P status?...

That's the risk he's willing to take hence the rejection of the 70-30 even tho that still would make the biggest Payday of his career..

Have you ever been in a fight?? Theres plenty of reasons not to pick a fight with someone twice your size. But if the dude twice your size takes the fight to you and beats your ass will anyone be surprised??

But if you at least held your own would anyone else even close to that guy's size gonna wanna fight you ever again??

Same thing here. For Pac to even just hold his own is alot harder than beating a more elite fighter thats smaller than him So give him a break. Noone's giving Cotto **** 4 coming up in weight and losing

You can't expect boxers to beat opponents who are 25lbs heavier. The only reason to downgrade a fighters P4P status is if he loses a fight that he has a good chance to win or looks bad in one they should dominate. You can't blame Pac if he loses to Oscar, its a huge task. If he wins he should get a ton of credit for exactly the same reason.

What does me bein in a fight have anything to do with this?..Lol..

but anyway..Pacquio has alot to win but alot to lose..his physical health is at stake here..he knows this..and he took the fight..

IMO his P4P status is also at stake...P4P is blind to weight and based off of self-ability regardless of size..PAC accepts a fight with DLH he puts his health and P4P status at risk..but walks at $10 mil+ richer...

He obviously sees it worth it...

And I'm sure Marquez is still willing to step in the ring with Pacquiao..at 135 of course..

And Cotto didn't go up in weight to fight Margarito..lol

Your opinion is wrong then; was Sam Langford a lesser fighter for losing to Jack Johnson? P4P isn't a belt you would lose based on any loss at all. Conditions matter; why would Calzaghe beating Roy vault him past Manny if Manny lost to Oscar considering all variables. That's dumb.

Of course P4P status is at stake. But even if he loses why would Calzaghe or Marquez the #2 and 3 get moved up 4 beating old and faded jones or Casamayor in their own weight. It just doesnt make sense

It's gonna be a weak P4P list if Joe takes over the number 1 spot.
