Easy even round to score. A guy is bleeding from an accidental butt the round before, the cut is just terrible. 30 seconds into the 7th, both are just posturing and the doctor comes in and waves the fight off. You have to score the partial round.

Neither does anything, you go 10-10.

I can't say I was scoring it, but Ruiz never got any kind of offense going and didn't land a combo the entire fight. I wouldn't have cared who they gave this fight to. Neither guy is the best heavyweight.

I thought the scorecards would be around 117-111, 116-112 (add in the point deduction) for Valuev, I was a little surprised that it was split.

Ruiz would be a very good test for an up and coming heavyweight.
