How many times was an offensive minded only fighter ranked #1 P4P?

Duran was never P4P number 1 I don't think. It was held by Hagler, Leonard or Curry. Hagler was P4P number 1 and he was ranked 1. Shane Mosely had his stint at the top and he's fairly offensive.

Sugar Ray Robinson was pretty offensive minded, P4P was made up for SRR.
