Is he a viable option now? Maybe, IMO he has to get past Campbell in order to make a claim.

also if this writer calls into question the choice of opponent Manny is making shouldn't he also highly question the resume of Floyd in his ascent and retention of his p4p #1 status?
The dude is just a hater! Kinda like JIM ROME

Well you said Barrera didn't fight back...that's what I meant.

kostya tszyu is better than anyone joe has beat.

a 35 yr. old kostya who blows out sharmba is better than a 43 yr. old hopkins.

LOL@ outside the big 3....LOL! You can't take away what Pac has accomplished.

Ledwaba, Sasakul, Lucero, Solis and Hector are as prime as they can be and better than the no names you mentioned that fought Calzaghe. There you go...I took away the big 3 for you.

Pacquiao has become the most overrated fighter in boxing history...

He beats a unfocused Barrera who didnt know who this little kid was so he didnt even train properly...(dont forget the camp fire)

Marquez who nobody really knew gets knocked down 3 TIMES and comes back to give him a schooling, in a fight many boxing experts felt he won.

Morales who was coming off a loss and so many wars whoops Pacquiao and even plays with him in the last round...

Morales moves up cause he knows he had trouble making the weight at 130 and losses a lopsided decision...

Morales comes in looking like a skeleton at the weigh in and was obviously dehydrated, he was beating Pacquiao in the early rounds til he gassed out and gets TKO'd...

The third fight was just unnecessary, Morales was beyond done and didnt have anything left, he spent his time trying to make weight instead of training.

Then comes Marquez again and beats Pacquiao in which again, many boxing experts including the Ring Magazine had Marquez winning..

The only reason why Pacquiao won was because he was the "star" and people saw $$$ in him...which was a mistake because without a Mexican elite, Pacquiao aint ****.

Now ill let the pinoys comment, the first thing they'll say "nyahahah omg LOLZ EXCUSES ROFL LOL!"""

Americans are just downright dumb and insecure for creating threads like these.

Hello America isn't the center of the Universe.
I heard Filipino law students are dumber than the Americans.

Generalization is the way to go.
