the other 2 criteria are to naturalise for living here long, and to have mexican parents....but you also have to go prove it to an embassy and tramit your papers...something 95% of pochos dont do......unlike pocho oscar...........anyway, im just getting to the low level of the thread starter, because he thinks he can say who is mexican and whos not........i have more bragging rights....
