I like Mayorga, it will be an entertaining slugfest. I think Mayorga will have his moments and land some of those wild overhand rights of his possibly rocking Tony a bit a-la Daniel Santos but Tony is younger and stronger and will stop Mayorga much like Oscar and Tito did.
