Yea Paul Spadafora did time. He was ****face drunk with his pregnent girlfriend ( i think she was pregnent anyways) and they were wrestling around with a loaded handgun and it went off. It was an accident that is the only reason he is not still in jail today. He also has a major alcohol problem.
