Chavez is delusional if he truly believes Jr. is ready for De La Hoya (his motivation in pushing for this is also clearly his bitterness over and desire to avenge his own two losses), but his comments regarding the fight being a farce are apt enough. A win will not garner De La Hoya the acclaim he believes it will.
