    Boxing Crystal Ball: 08-09

After Ricky Hatton trounces Malignaggi and sends him back crying to his upper-east side salon, we will all watch as the man of the hour - Manny Pacquaio pulls a miracle out and stops De La Hoya with power and speed that no one will have expected at that weight.

What we will have afterward is one of the biggest fights ever: Hatton - Pacquaio. Unfortunately I can't see Hatton standing up against Pacman's speed and pressure, and he will crumble. With Pacquaio on top of the world there will only be one person who can challenge him in a mega, mega, mega fight.

And he'll come out of retirement to do it.

    PBF.

I still can't believe how many ppl think Manny has a chance. The man is barely a LW ffs. It isn't long since we were all saying he doesn't look big enough for 130. Get ****n real, he is fighting a jnr MW who is one of the outstanding fighters of the last two decades. Manny has no chance, period.

Manny has a small glimer of hope,

How drained is Oscar going to be getting down to 147?

If Oscar drains too much to get down, Maybe Pacquiao has chance. But I agree, Pac has pretty much no chance.

              Oscar being too drained.
Oscar being a bit farther past his prime than we expected.
              Oscar's constant conditioning issues.
Pacquiao's Lion Heart and throw back mentality.
I fully expect to see Oscar KTFO of Manny, but Im holding on to as much hope as I can get.
