They are green and black people can have anything a white person can have, even make white babies, but whites cant make black babies.

It's a little something called "genes" one (or both) of his parents have those "genes". I dont recall if Jack has light eyes but he might have dormant "genes" that make his eyes that "color"

its obvious he is a mulatto I have light eyes as well...shanes eye color is the same as elizabeth taylor violet.
