Margarito called out DLH because he wants to get paid but has never walked around like a loud mouthed punk flaunting all his money and ***elry.

The thing that made me laugh about the 24/7 show with him and DLH is that, DLH had enough money to buy him out 10 times over and yet didn't carry on like a ****** kid that found his first nickle on the floor.

He was disliked because of political and religious reasons more than anything else. Times where different back then as well, racism and bigotry were much more in the open.

Now, most people don't care about a mans skin color, even though you seem to be obsessed with that. If he's respectfull and a good fighter, people will attach themselves to him and show him love.

There's a bit of a difference.

Mayweather gets some hate for saying he was much better than Leonard because 'Floyd Mayweather would never lose to a Hector Camacho like Leonard did' which is a purely ignorant thing to say (he said the same about Robinson and Ali).

Margarito on the other hand said that he would be a more worthy opponent for Oscar than little Pacquiao, which is actually right.

Is it really a surprise that Floyd gets hated on? Even Mayweather himself admits that he intentionally plays the bad guy's role.

Whats wrong with being true to yourself if that is what you really are? Honestly I don't too many people know the true PBF. I could be wrong but I doubt it. Its funny as hell how people hate a man they never met. To me that is better than being fake and loved by many. I would be able to sleep better at night nowing everybody hated my true self than having many people love me for being something I am really not.

i have never attacked a fighter for looking for his big payday. in fact ive always thought that a fighter should look for his as soon as possible because how dangerous the sport is. my problem with floyd is that after he fought DLH and hatton for that matter is that he retired instead of fighting the best fighters in his division. If floyd can talk with the best then i want to see be able to fight the best and beat them. This isnt me hating Floyd Mayweather Jr. because he is young, rich, successfull, arrogant, big talker. Please i could careless about that i have some of those qualities although i cant say i have anywhere near the money that floyd has lol. In some threads talkin about how rich he is i have praised PBF. and there isnt no double standard i have wanted Margarito to fight DLH because i believe he deserves his big pay day as well but after he was done with DLH i wanted him to go back to fighting the best in his division. and i especially want to see him Williams and get his revenge. If he hadnt gone back to fightin the best at 147 then i would have honestly criticized my own boy Margarito for doin the same things Floyd did. I am just curious to know, why is it that when Floyd say that he is better than Sugar Ray Lenard he is call a prick and he is disrespecting a legend, but when Margarito talks bad about Oscar a future legend he is praised for calling Oscar out.
